Please Note: Our repairs service does not generally repair anything you have installed or belongs to you. We are not responsible for internal decorations, lock changes resulting from loss of keys, plumbing in washing machines and extra pipe work, damage caused by you, your family or visitors, changing light bulbs or fluorescent tubes. A detailed breakdown of repairs responsibilities is detailed in your tenancy agreement, which you signed at the start of your tenancy.
