Springboard Project Officer
Salary: £18,425 - £24,693
Location: North West

Springboard is a new project supported by Liverpool City Council aiming to bridge the gap between local residents and employment services. We are seeking a new team to dynamically engage with residents, supporting and encouraging their journey towards the labour market.
The project will act as a signposting gateway for residents to access further support and specialist programmes. Those in post will strengthen links and pro-actively liaise with financial inclusion services, housing management, health, employment and training related partners.
To achieve this, you will identify residents in need of support and work pro-actively with partner agencies, housing teams and others to help bring about the best outcomes for individuals engaged. You will develop personal action plans and follow up with clients on a regular basis.
10 months fixed-term. Secondments from local authority, charity and community organisations would be welcome, subject to prior agreement with employer.
