Our award recognition as Social Landlord of the Year 2008 reflects our work to revitalise the neighbourhoods we work in, working with residents to provide employment and development opportunities as well as improving the environment. It also reflects some hard work reviewing and improving our services in recent years, and our commitment to corporate social responsibility.

More than 80,000 people call a Riverside house ‘home’, whether they rent from us, have a shared ownership or low cost property, live in one of our sheltered apartments or stay in one of our supported hostels. Riverside residents can be found from Carlisle to Kent. We’ve come a long way since 1928 when we started out as Liverpool Improved Houses with just 15 properties!
