Our commitment to tackle ASB

The Respect Standard for Housing Management, launched in August 2006, outlines the core components essential to delivering an effective response to anti-social behaviour and building stronger communities, such as accountability, leadership, giving greater resident empowerment, and supporting community efforts at tackling anti-social behaviour. Riverside signed up to the new Standard in January 2007.

This leaflet provides a guide for tenants on the steps to take when suffering from anti-social behaviour:

- Dealing with crime and nuisance

For more information visit the Respect website - the Government’s Respect drive, which tackles anti-social behaviour and its causes.
